Shipping Policy

orders are shipped out monday through friday and most orders ship within 1-2 days of being received. any orders received after 3pm on Friday, eST, will be shipped out the following monday. We cannot guarantee a delivery date on your order and we do not currently offer expedited shipping.

at this time, we only ship within the united states. please be aware that orders to the outlying uS states/territories, such as alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, and the uS virgin islands, may take up to 15 days to deliver.

reImagined Home Decor, lLC uses the following shipping methods: uSPS Priority mail, USPS First Class, as well as UPS Ground.

please confirm your shipping details carefully before checking out as we do not have a way to flag incomplete addresses. our system auto-fills the shipping labels, pulling the information directly from the checkout details. if there is an issue with your shipment due to an incomplete mailing address, we will charge a $10 Re-ship fee. If you do not wish to have your items re-shipped, we will refund your order minus the cost of the original shipping cost.

once orders are shipped from our studio, customers will receive an email with tracking information. if you Did not received an email as excepted, please check your spam folder.

if you have questions about the status of your order, check your tracking status before contacting our customer service department.

We reserve the right to combine multiple orders in our system for the same customer.

Damaged shipments

Unfortunately, once a package leaves our studio and is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for what happens with it and how it is handled. however, we do understand that frustrating Situations arise and reImagined home Deco will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

on rare Occasions, an item may arrive damaged. please email our customer service department at info@reImaginedHomeDecor.net with the details. please note, that a photo of the damaged shipment is required to address the isssue. any damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Late Shipments / lost shipments

On rare occasions, the carrier may loose a shipment. if there is no movement on the tracking iD from uSPS or UPS of your shipment after 14 days from purchase, please contact us at info@reimaginedHomeDecor.net and we will help you contact the carrier to locate your shipment.

Sometimes there are indeed issues with the post office tracking system. if the tracking systms shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot take further action until 7 business days have passed and that you, the customer have taken steps to locate the shipment.

quite often boxes are delivered one street over or to a neighbor and show up in 1 – 2 days. if this happens, please first check with neighbors and your mail carrier. we also recommend you go to your local post office with the tracking information and asking the th postal manger to help locate your shipment.

taxes on Shipments

the state of georgia requires sales tax be paid on shipping fees associated with selling items online. all georgia residents will be charged sales tax on shipping fees (as well taxes for the items purchased) per state law.
